ADMISSION TICKET EXCHANGE

Exchange your unused Cicada admission tickets purchased for show dates after January 1, 2023 for a $3 per ticket fee (fee waived for canceled shows). Exchange tickets any time, even after the show date on the ticket.

Prices vary by event. You pay the difference if the new ticket price is higher than your original ticket price. All tickets included in your order will be exchanged. We are unable to transfer individual tickets.

Sorry, no refunds if the new ticket price is lower than the original ticket price.

You'll need your ticket's eight character transaction ID included in your purchase receipt email.
